1. Please have your hair washed and dried ready for your styling time
    

2. If your hair is naturally oily please wash your hair the morning of, if your hair is normal/dry you can was the night before. Please ensure you shampoo TWICE thoroughly and only lightly condition the ends (this step is most important and can determine the outcome of your hair on the day)
    

3. After washing, part your hair where you would like it parted on the day (to avoid any harsh lines)
    

4. You can use a hairdryer to dry your hair but please do not apply any product at all or use a straightener. Products and straightening will affect our ability to rework the hair, the end result and hold.
    

5. If having hair extensions, please have them washed, dried and untangled ready for install.
    

6. Wear a button down shirt to avoid messing your hair when changing.
